Meal Planning Monday

So this week it is back to work and school and time for me to get meal planning again. This summer holiday has seen us eating out more than I had imagined and has taken a hit on the wallet as well as the waistline. It is time to get back into routine in order to save money (for more adventures) and help with our hectic life.

Monday: I am off to work whilst my husband looks after the boys so he is cooking dinner. On the menu is hoisin chicken with salad for the adults and chips for the boys.

Tuesday: The boys are back at school! An easy dinner of scrambled egg and chorizo bagels.

Wednesday: Ham and cheese chicken with potatoes and vegetables.

Thursday: Sausage and mustard pasta.

Friday: Cottage pie (from some batch cooking I have done recently.)

Saturday: Chicken Madras for us and Korma for the boys.

Sunday: Salmon and new potatoes.

  2. Sounds like you've got a tasty week planned! Hope it goes well getting back on track.

My daughter is only at Nursery but I feel like this week I'm going to achieve things and get us organised again!

Just to let you know I'm running the linky alone now, so you don't need to link up to The OLP after this week xx
