Big man is learning all about Mexico at school at the moment, so what better way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than with some Mexican food. We all love fajitas but yesterday thanks to some inspiration from Santa Maria we tried something a little different - Hotdogueros!
To make them you will need:
Santa Maria Soft Plain Tortillas
Sauagaes (I used 2 in each tortilla)
Santa Maria Refried Beans
Santa Maria Salsa
Santa Maria Cheese Dip
Start by cooking your sausages.
Whilst they are cooking make up your cheese dip by mixing the packet mix with 300ml of sour cream. Put this into the fridge.
Heat up the refried beans. Add these onto the tortilla.
Then just add the sausages, onions, salsa and cheese dip.
Cut in half to make them easier to eat!
