New Baby Flowers from Debenhams

New Mum Pamper Gift Set

I should probably start this post by saying that congratulations aren't in order. I am just reviewing the new baby flowers and not having a baby as part of the process. I must admit that when I think of purchasing flowers for delivery, I wouldn't have immediately thought of Debenhams. Until now. When you have a baby everyone is excited to see your new bundle of joy, but most seem to forget that the Mum has just given birth. I therefore opted to review the New Mum Pamper Gift Set as alongside some beautiful roses there is a Sanctuary bath set for the Mum to enjoy too.

The flowers were delivered by royal mail and the box was attractive.

When I took the bunch out of the box it was stunning. I received the extra large bouquet which has 20 stems. I like that the Debenhams website tells you which size bouquet they have used in their photos as I find this helps sets expectations. It came with flower food and instructions to keep the roses looking good.

I often worry about buying roses as I know they don't always last long and regard anything over 5 days as a bonus. A week later and these still looked beautiful with just a few petals going brown.

The Sanctuary products I received were nicely packaged and would make a lovely gift for a Mum to be or new mum.

The extra large bouquet is priced at £51.99 which I think is a fair price for such beautiful roses and an gift set as well. There was a slight mix up in that there was an error on the Debenhams website about the number of roses in the bunch. If I had purchased these for a close friend and known I would have complained so I notified Debenhams and they immediately looked into the matter. The correct details are now appearing on their website and as an apology they sent out another bunch of amazing flowers. I was impressed with this level of customer service. I was also impressed that this bunch is only priced at £19.99 and comes with a small box of Guylian chocolates.

There are many lovely new baby bouquets to choose from and I would certainly recommend the flowers I received. They would make a lovely new baby treat for the Mum or as a gift to an expectant Mother. I will consider using Debenhams for flower delivery in the future.

Debenhams have kindly offered my readers a discount code of 25% off all flower bouquets at Debenhams flowers. (Excluding flowers by post, Debehamns Hampers and wine and champagne.) Just enter DFBLOG25 at the checkout.

I received the bouquet for the purpose of this review but all of the opinions are my own.
