Although they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I can safely say that I put minimal effort into it. I chuck some cereal in a bowl, bit of milk and that is it. The lovely people at Jordan's recently sent me some cereal along with some recipes. I certainly hadn't thought of having it in a cake before! However, it was the raspberry cranachan that caught my eye. Reading the cooks tips, I thought how this would make a lovely breakfast. At the bottom I put a couple of spoonfuls of raspberries, then a couple of spoonfuls of greek yoghurt, topped with some Jordan's Country Crisp with Raspberries. No effort, but a change to my standard cereal and milk and very yummy.
I was then on a roll and made one with bananas and honey the day later.
It has made me realise that I really should make more of an effort with my breakfast and it doesn't need to take lots of time.
The lovely people at Jordan's have kindly offered one of my readers the chance to win a Country Crisp with Raspberries and Super Fruity Granola so that they can try out some of the recipes too! Just complete the rafflecopter below. Good Luck!
