Confusion caused by snow

I love waking up to snow - mainly in the hope that there may be a snow day, and we can go outside have some fun and then spend the rest of the day in the warm, drinking hot chocolate. Yesterday, although I had been mentioning snow to the boys as big man got ready for school, they weren't listening to me. Hence when the door opened for us to leave we were greeted by delight and amazement.

"Mummy it's Christmas!" yelped middle man excitedly whilst jumping in circles.

Then he went outside, just as snow started to fall again. "Mummy I in a snow globe!" was his next sentence.

He then sat in his buggy as we took big man to school. On the way back he wanted to explore some more.

"Mummy it's beautiful! It smells like pineapple!"

So the small scattering of snow yesterday has lead me to the following conclusions. The concept of snow, is hard for a small person to understand. I must also put a pineapple on the next internet shop so that middle man knows what they smell like!

  2. He's right - snow does smell! People always look at me strangely when I say it smells like snow, or when I go outside and take huge lungs of air when it's falling! I'm glad I have a kindred spirit who loves the smell like I do!

  14. I do not comment, but after reading through a great deal of
comments on this page "Confusion caused by snow".
I do have a couple of questions for you if it's okay. Could it be only me or do a few of these responses come across like they are written by brain dead individuals? :-P And, if you are posting on additional online sites, I'd
like to keep up with you. Would you post a list of all of your shared
