This week saw the end of my 2 week trial of the Jenny Craig diet plan. And I lost another 3lbs. Woo hoo! Now I have to go it alone and make sure that I don't put on any weight and even better maybe lose a pound or two more. I was shocked that the Jenny Craig consultants didn't even ask me if I had wanted to continue with the plan. I was actually considering it, but as I would only be interested in doing a months plan as I don't need to lose much more than half a stone, I thought I would try it by myself and if all else fails I can always contact them at a later date.
Last week I promised to show you a day in the Jenny Craig plan. Here was my last day of Jenny Craig food - added to this were 2 pieces of fruit and a yoghurt.
Overall, I have found the meals full of flavour. The potato snacks are yummy and taste much the same as Popchips. Other snacks included in the scheme are milk chocolate digestive biscuit bars and cereal bars. As you can see, you don't go hungry, it is getting the portions right and filling yourself up on fruit and veg.
Fingers crossed that I continue making the right choices with food this week and I can manage to lose some weight without Jenny holding my hand.
